I'm facing the problem of excessive hair fall . After took bath my hairs fall extremely increases . Can you suggest me which type of oil should I take and use to reduce my hair fall

I am facing regular appearance of pimples, acnes on my face even though I maintain a good routine of sleep, eat, exercise and drink 3 to 4 litres of water daily. They leave behind black marks for a long too. I have an oily face so I wash my face regularly as well, and am tired of all the home remedies going in vain. I want to know what kinda problem is there actually and what can I do to get a clear and glowing skin and would be grateful if someone helps me out soon. Hi, I would like know when is the right time(age) to start using retinoid to prevent wrinkles and aging symptoms?

Since the starting of August, I am noticing patches on my skin (on my left arm and right side of my neck and right knee). This makes me tend to scratch the areas but is not painful as such. I applied Ring guard ointment on the affected areas, which happened to give temporary relief, but the problem has re-surfaced. Wanting to know if there are any medical options available for this problem. Thank you.
