I'm a 28 year old female and I've been suffering from excessive hair fall for the last few months.. I lose hair from the roots and to the extent that I often find strands every few minutes on my clothes. I oil my hair once a week and wash it twice a week. I'm unable to understand why this is happening and what I should do about it

Today noticed a brownish dot on my kids bottom of right foot.. He sometimes complains that he has pain in bottom of right foot. It's been 20 days but today noticed the dot.. it's not raised.. tried to squeeze it out as first thought there might be some wood inside but nothing came out.. please revert... there was no mole before at that place
