Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I had covid in may this year but my hair is falling in clumps past few months.I am already applying topical minoxidil 5 since many years  as earlier too hair was thinning nd it wrked well for me all these years.Bit now hair is not thinning but falling in huge huge clumps .Got all  hormonal test nd ultrasound no problem detected Hair is also greying even new hair growth ..But can there be some other cause apart from hormonal caue the hair falling is not normal rate nd it's been months.I have started finastwride also 2 weeks back as it can be normal androgen senstivity according to one doctor .Apart from this what can I do nd how to know cause .

How many times in a week should I wash hairs for better hair growth? Hair type is oily and very silky and very thin. ( Very less volume. Only when I wash hairs  that day it looks like shiny otherwise dull with oily texture. How do I increase the volume of hair ? Any vitamins tablets ? Thank You
