Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I hv a circle like skin problem , which I could not see it , today I unfortunately saw it , what is this and wht type medicine or ointment should I use ..

There are small pimples over my face, on the forehead and cheeks, probably due to wearing one mask for long time or dandruff. I recently used a facial razor as well, but with aloe vera gel over my face. Please help.

This thing on my scalp , what's this ? I am using halox serum , it's not painful but it's there , not sure wats it

I am having itching in private part. It's too much irritating. I don't know why as I keep myself hygiene.

I had a reasonably thick hair 3 years ago.At some point my head started itching so much especially the middle part of the head.i used to comb my hair as soon as I reached home to see wheather if any lice were there.I combed so much but I didn't get any lice and I had no dandruff too.I didn't pay much attention to it for the first time but itching continued for several weeks or so  and it gradually stopped.I never faced itching after that time .One day i noticed that  i lost so much hair especially in middle and front part.now I can see my scalp .it is really depressing.what i remember is  that the hairloss and bald spots appeared after  the itching that happend earlier.i can see my scalp through my hair luckily there is no big bald spots .but I m really scared about losing my hair further.i lost so much of hair at  that time itself .what should I do??

Been facing the problem since 3-4days. My lips doesn't get much chapped but I'm literally facing the rashes issue around my lower lip and itches a lot. Sometimes i see those side becomes too dry as well. A year back i used a lip ointment suggested by dermatologist , after using that particular ointment it was all recovered. But now i barely remember the name of the balm ( ointment) . Is there any doctor who can suggest me a good ointment / balm for rashes that I've under the lower lip . Please Thanks!

Having hair fall from the year 2017. I had lost so many hairs but I was getting it back in the year 2018 and again I started losing it in 2019 but after a lockdown in 2020 I got back my lost hair and my hair fall also got stopped. But now from March 2021, I am again facing lots of hair fall. What should I do?

Is it safe to use finasteride 0.1 topical solution for hair fall?? Or it will be better to use minoxidil + procapil ?

Pimple above private area with pain and has been 5 days..pimple was punctured and white fuss has been observed on the first day from then pain has been constantly there what can be treatment for it and what should be done

I am suffering from tenia corporis I am taking itraconazol 100 mg twice a day and fexofenadine hydrochloride and micronazole nitrates cream for one month.no changes itching is continuously amd new ringworm is found again and again and their is rashes  and darken skin
