I have acne problem since 12 years now. My age is 30 and looking forward for some permanent solution.

I getting big painful acne since last 2 years.and it's started suddenly after few days I moved to the new place I have tried over the counter medicine creams I have also taking zinc 40mg tab 2 times in day omega 3 and shatawari from last 2 month but still it's keep coming at any time of month

I get itching around groin area but there are no rashes. I tried candid and it was not helpful later after consulting a dermatologist I started using luliconazole 1% w/w and after trying for 4-6 weeks the itching stopped but returned back again after a week. Since there has been no red rashes on the skin I'm doubtful if it's jock itch but again not clear how an antifungal cream like luliconazole subsides the itch.

Hlo doctor I have a scabies i also taking medicines but still its is not going i also using permethrin 5%. But nothing happening what should I do doctor
