Infection on private part
I am suffering from infection above my private part since last week. Red pimples coming again and again and after a day they filled with puss and become white. When I press and take out puss and use coconut oil then they becomes healthy after one two days and then again comes nearby. What to use...can I use clostreamazole.

Clotrimazole is a antifungal. If you are having pus filled lesions that is definitely a bacterial infection. You need proper antibiotics.
