As suggested above Upto 100 hair fall a day is deemed normal. So to add to the above causes ( stress/ Covid/ thyroid issues/ low Haemoglobin levels ( very common in indian females ) / vit B12 deficiency) There could be hormonal issues like Pcos Get proper workup and consult a dermatologist for treatments .

You are suffering from hormonal changes causing Androgenetic alopecia causing hair fall. It's completely stoppable even regrowth of hair is possible with certain medications without any side effects. Treatment depends on the grade of hair loss. So, it's a must for diagnosing which grade, you are in for an effective treatment. Please  send photos of your head, by direct online consultation for accurate diagnosis and proper treatment.

Hairfall can have multiple causes. Dandruff can also aggravate hairfall. Get few investigations done, like hemoglobin, ferritin, thyroid function test, vit d and b12. Did u have any illness/ covid/ surgery/ stress prior to hairloss? Shampoo and oil would not help you in hairloss. For dandruff you can use, keraglo AD shampoo alternate day. You can consult online for proper evaluation and treatment for hairfall.
