I have been experiencing hair loss, gradual hair thinning, and persistent dandruff for the past 3 years. Initially, my hair was thick with good density and volume, but over time I have noticed mild recession at the temples, weaker hair roots, and gradual thinning. Although I do not have significant crown baldness, I am concerned that the condition may progress if left untreated. I have also had persistent dandruff throughout this period and would like to know whether it is due to seborrheic dermatitis, a fungal infection, dry scalp, oily scalp, or another scalp condition, and whether it is contributing to my hair loss. For the past 1 year, I have been regularly using Bare Anatomy Shampoo and Conditioner, but I have not noticed any significant improvement in my dandruff or hair thinning.
I would like a complete evaluation to identify the root cause of my condition. Could you please assess whether this is early androgenetic alopecia (male pattern hair loss) or another type of hair loss?
