Hi this consultation is regarding my wife. Name: Arpita Paul Age : 30 Issue : after moving from Kolkata to Bangalore( very dry weather) her skin started heavyly drying and Cetaphil moisturizer also failing to provide any improvement. Can you suggest any solution for this. The skin frist heavyly dries then it turns red and then blackish burn marks.

My lips have become pigmented since last 10 years due to overuse or use of low quality lipsticks.They were pink by birth. The pigmentation is greyish and bluish.
