Hi Doc, My both plans skins started getting peeled off slowly, it was sever 10 days back but day by day it's getting little better (not taking any medicine) 1) How to avoid this in future 2) what should I do now to completely reduce this

Hi doctor, Few of my hair are white specially in front. I used to apply heena but it turn my hair red.i need suggestion for hair colour.some say after applying colour even more hair turn white. Please tell me is it true? Which hair colour should I apply? Can I apply matrix?

I have tried every other deodrant in market, aluminium free, aluminium ones all seems to irritate my underarm badly. I used to use medical grade sanitizer with mecetronium in it.
