Hello Doctors, My question is about how do I store my derma creams and gels or serums. The bottle says store within 30 degrees, but being in northern part of India summers are really bad and temperature these days easily touch 40. I have noticed liquid like thing coming out of my tubes when I squeeze from cream to apply. Does this mean that it is spoiled and lost its value? Please assist.

Whenever I use some detergent or dishwash bar ( even once) I get small to medium reddish blotches only on sides of my fingers which takes 2-3 weeks to go at its own if i stop using allegens again as precautionary measure.
