Last 2 years ,I have frontline hair receding problem.Is there any remedies or medicines for prevent hair loss ?

I had hair loss at the age of 18. I suffered with jaundice at the age 15. Any reaction of medicine that causes hair loss ? What are the possible causes of hair loss in 20's ?..i depressed that time and till now i am in depression. the symptoms of depression are very bad. i visited many doctors but no results.

I have blood clot on my face surface.Althouh it really covers a very small portion.But how to remove the blood stain/clot from my face surface.

Actually my dermatologist have suggested me isotroin-20 today only, so I want to start the medication but I used to follow a skincare routine with actives like morning vitamin c with a hydrating toner Sometimes with glycolic toner. In the PM I have actives like aha serum weekly twice, retinol once, alpha arbutin+ niacin-amide combination serum all 6days on sunday i will exfoliate with exfoliate serum. This my skincare routine which i have created myself. So should I have to all the actives while i am taking the or medication or can I continue my usual routine. Please help me in this.

I'm already suffering from psoriasis since 2016 Now I have noticed blackening of my skin my face skin lost its glow and my ears also getting black and I'm having pus like boils on my head and neck and parts of my body .what is it ? Please help me is it serious ?
