I have pimples and dark spot on my foreh
I am 32 yr old....& I have pimples from last one month...i don't know how lots of pimples and dark spots are coming to my fore head and Chik...so want to use  benzoyl peroxide 4%creme wash fash wash  with retino A0.025%... It is effective to used ?

Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it..
