Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Hello, I'm getting some kind of skin infection which keeps comes and goes often. Kind of rashes. Have consulted local dermatologist and taking Atarax 10 which helps for two days with out infection. Have tested IGE Blood sample and got result 2168H- IU/mL. Little bit afraid on seeing the ige values. Kindly advise what will happen if have this much ige values and what will be the remedy to bring it normal? Also we are newly married and  planning for a baby kindly advise if this will make any impact on baby planning process.

Both eyelids have crack like rash, mild itching spread to under eye. Consulted a dermatologist, she suggested use of Desowen cream on the eyelids and one tab Allegra 180. Should I continue with the treatment. Thanks

I have been advised facelin gel as part of my treatment..the doctor diagnosed it to be acne vulgaris and henceforth advised me to apply this cream twice daily. As a result of which my  skin has become excessively dry and scaly spclly near my mouth area and it burns when i wash it. What should I do about it ? Attaching the images.

I have a very sensitive and dry skin . Also I have hypothyroidism . I hardly use any product on my face except my sunscreen and daily moisturiser ( Venusia maxx) then also I keep on getting fungal infection on my face every other day. I apply ointment prescribed by my doctor . As soon as my problem subsides and course of medicine completes within 1 week or so the infection comes back on my face . My face becomes itching and more dry . I don't understand why this keeps on happening. I asked my dermatologist also he said I'm allergic to air. Now if I'm what should I do? Applying anti fungal every week is making my skin thin and red . Help me with this please . I have been to many dermatologist all say the same .

I have this scar since 2 years. But now suddenly it got flared up. Guide me with suitable treatment.

Can i use cetaphil gentle skin cleanser on my skin as it is little bit oily and combination but i ordered cetaphil gentle skin cleanser for normal to dry skin . Although it isn't mentioned on bottle that it is specifically for dry or normal skin and written that it is suitable for all skin types but still i don't want to take chance , so will it cause any problem to my skin ?
