Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have suffered from acne for around 10 years initially it was mild and then it progressed to severe . I took a course of retinol around 7 years ago but did not complete it due to carelessness. I have acne on my body , scalp and face . It seems to grow more in hair be it face or body . I have been using topical clindamycin 1% to contain any severe outbreak. Please recommend a suitable treatment so I can be rid of once and for all.

Hello please let me know is this due to fissure or chafting because i repeated get such marks at the same place it comes and goes . I apply aloe vera gel sometimes to avoid friction. And my stools are also soft as i am having stool softner but still the problem persists.

My dermatologist prescribed hydroquinone 4% as I had acne marks (PIH) . I used it for 2weeks, skin around the mark is lighter, it looks like small halo spot , soon after that I stopped using it. Will the skin come back to normal colour? Will halo spot go away ?

They say sunscreen lotion is important then will sunscreen lotion block the goodness that we get from sun like vitamin D and everything... Sun has lots of benefits, and the same time harmful rays, so i want the benefits only at the same time protection from harmful rays... Will the sunscreen lotion meet the needs... Kindly reply
