Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have recently gone through wisdom teeth extraction and have been prescribed antibiotics for recovery. Anti biotics cause extreme heat in my body, which causes pimples to pop up on my genitals. This has happened in the past too and I have recovered by applying Fucydin over those pimples. That isn't the case now, the pimples are taking longer to heal. Because the pimples are present in an sensitive area, it is making me immobile. Can someone please help me out?

My face skin & the feet palm are quite dry. Sometimes it becomes itchy on the facial screen & on the feet it doesn't feel anything, just the top layers keeps on coming off specially on the heels. When I wear shoes the feet become too sweaty otherwise. I have diabetic member in my family also, is it something to do worth blood sugar? But what about my facial skin?
