Due to hairfall, I had my blood checked and found that vitamin D is only 6. On doctors prescription i have taken vitamin d injection. And have been advised to take second dose after six months. How long will it take for the injection to work and improve vitamin d level.? Meanwhile is it necessary to take supplements too

In 2019 I got a hard raised non inflammed bump on my mons pubis after shaving. It is a bit darker and redder in color than rest of the skin. No itching or anything of any sorts. It stayed that way till mid 2021, after which one more bump appeared which was a lot smaller. Then by feb 2022 2 more such bumps appeared and they are tiny. They don't go away, aren't inflammed, don't itch, don't grow, nothing. They aren't painful either. Please suggest what should I do next?  And what speciality should I consider consulting?

Dear Doctor, I am on TB and Sarcoidosis treatment from last 6 Months. I am taking Omnacortil for sarcoidosis. From yesterday I can see this redness on my lower legs. I am attaching photo for reference. There is no pain only itching sometimes. Can anyone please what is this and how to cure this?
