  4. Bumps on front shoulders n back. Help!

Bumps on front shoulders n back
I can see tiny non itchy bumps on my shoulder till my breast and same on my back. New skin related things I have done in last month is i have started using bath salt which has sweet smell and also body wax, attaching picture for reference, please help
