Hi, I have dark and rough spots on my skin due to scratching skin off from healing wounds and need a treatment plan so the skin texture can be healed. Please find attached the pics of the dark and rough spots. please assist me in a treatment plan for this issue and it appears to look bad.

Got a cut on my thumb 2-3 months ago

Got a cut on my thumb finger ,2-3 months ago,frm a nail.it got healed in few days,but the skin was not thick enough and everytime when it touches something sharp or thin,it started to bleed again.now it's itchy and skin around is dry and I often feel like peeling it off.am alllergic to normal gloves ,so I use nitrile gloves .

Greying of hair

Recently i done some test because of rapid greying of beard and scalp hair in age of 23 and no bad habits - Vitamin D3 , B12 , CBC & Ferritian. And my result shows Vitamin D level = 20 & B12 = 100 only all other things are normal . Show tell me the reason of greying of hair and how to overcome this greying of hair and reversing them .
