Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Hello doctor, As I was having hairfall and could see thinning in a few places, I visited my dermatologists and the doctor confirmed that it is because of female pattern alopecia, for which she prescribed me minoxidil 2%. It's been a month of using it, however now I see an increased hairfall, even more than what I had before I started the treatment. Is this normal and a part of minoxidil treatment? Or is this something to be concerned about. Kindly help. Thanks in advance.

My sister have severe acne she is on medication for anxiety,she used skintel gel or benzoyl peroxide tube. Prescribed but no relieve is seen and then after she used adapalene gel but still no progress seen recommended some gel or cream for this condition.
