I suffered from dandruff and hairfall for a long time. My scalp itched a lot especially at night. Sometimes when I scratched it my fingertips became wet because of the scabs on my scalp. He recommended me a combination of : 1) minoxidil OD 1 ml before sleep daily 2) ketoconazole lotion OD 30mins before bath daily 3) multivitamin zarwyn For a duration of 1 month The treatment has stopped the itching and dandruff but my hairfall hasn't reduced. My hair keeps falling out with the white bulbs intact at the roots. My hair density has reduced to a level where I can see my scalp through my hair. Someone please help with the diagnosis
