Hi, Dr suggested me to apply nioglow facewash twice a day. I recently bought vitamin c serum. Dr told me I can use serum alternative night after cleansing. Now my question is can I use vitamin c serum after neoglow facewash? Nioglow has AHA BHA and I heard that one should avoid AHA BHA along with serum. Is it be ok to use in facewash?

I keep getting this acne breakouts on my upper chest and back. I go to gym 4 times a week and I take a hot water bath after arriving home. I don't consume steroids. I eat a high protein lacto-ovo-vegetarian diet and I am not lactose intolerant. I am a hairy man but I shave my upper body once a month. What are causing these breakouts? I don't have any other ailments and fairly energetic.

My son got some kind of rash on his chest. Please see the image attached. Not sure if it's due some allergy or is it some kind of skin condition. He has flaky scalp.
