Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

A painful, pus-filled bump in the hair of head at many spots specially back side of head.. And also pimple on face every day. min 2 pimple grow every day which is from past 3 to 4 months.

My 2 months baby has whitish patch near ear. Refer image and suggest what is it and what to be done?

My friend was detected with latent syphilis. Since he was allergic to penicillin, he was recommended Doxycycline 100 mg BD for 28 days. But I read on the internet that penicillin is the drug of choice. Will Doxycycline be effective for him? His RPR is 1:4 and TPHA is weakly positive. Does Doxycycline work as good as penicillin?

I had serious break out of cyst acne 1 year ago,  but I completely recovered from those. However now suddenly in humid weather of past 4 to 5 days, i started to have white painful pimple encircled my nose area. These are red swollen painful ones. One goes and second one comes up. I wash my face 3 times a day but it still isn't working. It just feels like once it starts around nose, they just stay there atleast one of them. I tried ice massage to tone down the redness and pain. Still nothing is working. What to do ? Is there any medication?
