Hello, I am having excessive hair-fall and have small white eruptions on fingers and hands. Hairfall has increased post covid infection.

Doctor recommended me to use redenser plus serum for my hair growth and occasional hair  loss. But this serum is kind of oily for my hair because i already have oily scalp. Please suggest any serum which contains redensyl but is water based and not oil based!

It's been 1 year since my belly piercing. And the healing journey has been a rollercoaster. I had recurrent irritations to it, due to not using right technique to clean it regularly. My piercing was healing, but i keep getting a regular bump on the right side of the hole. It usually was minor but this time it is causing soreness. I tried supirocin earlier, but this time I am using ghee and haldi paste. It seems to work, however my concern is the recurrence of the bump. It leaves a brown scar, then i don't know what happens and it gets infected again, and then i see whiteish fluid in it almost like a pimple. it seems troublesome now, I am considering removing my jewellery but I do not want to trap bacteria in my skin.         1. What can be the permanent or long term solution for this. 2. What are the chances that I get to keep my piercing ? 3. Can somebody please guide me on how to clean it properly, and what could be the possible reason of this recurrent irritations.

Please advice a good serum or cream for glow. Due to this summer, glow of the skin has totally ruined and it also got tanned. Please suggest any good serum or cream for glow and tan removal.. i have oily and sensitive skin.

Hello I am using cetafresh cleanser, ritela bronze sunscreen, brilante serum and at night cetaphil moisturiser after consulting to doctor. My skin typ is normal to combination typ or ometimes sensitive too. Can any one pls suggest me a good  physical/chemical exfoliator which I can use?
