Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

After moving to the UK I am losing hair so much. Never happened in India. Why is this happening? I lost so much hair from crown area. Please help me, how do I reduce it.

I'm having hairfall since a month and before that hardly 3-4 hair would fall while combing but now easily lose 100-120 hair a day, also my hair feel dull and don't get oily even after not washing them for a week. They just keep falling, what can do? Also few days back my nape of neck hair were hurting and it stayed like that for 2 weeks but now it's ok. Also the texture of my hair is changing, they are looking more curly and bending in different directions My periods are on right time. No major lifestyle changes.

What is the percentage of procapil and capixyl available in hair 4 u pro 5% solution? As my doctor has precribed this and I'm not able to find this information in internet. Thx

I recently shifted to Delhi and the water here is not of such good quality as compared to my home town hence I have been experiencing hair fall for the last 2-3 months, and the dust and pollution makes my hair frizzy sometimes. I am taking isotretinoin 20mg per day. My doctor recommended this when I had acne 3 years ago. My acne fixed but this year from January my acne is back severely. . Last month I had around 20-30 acne. These are all kind of acne. Nodular, Cystic etc. Currently I have only two acne. It's under the skin. I think it'll reduce in one or two weeks. Previously, I had very oily skin. But as I used Accutane for 1 month now, my skin became very dry. I'm planning to use it one more month (Total 2 Month) My face skin is peeling, I feel irritation around my neck area as it became dry as well. I was using "Plum Green Tea Mattifying" Moisturizer as I had oily skin. But as my skin turned into Dry, I would like to know if I should continue using this Moisturizer or change it? If I should change it, Please suggest one. Also, I'm using Niacinamide and Tretinoin 0.5% every alternative days. Shall I keep using these as well?

I suspect I have Lipedema. However nothing comes up on the Google search about doctors available in India. If anyone is suffering from the same and know any docs pls respond.
