Today when I go to barber shop for haircut I saw some red spots and patches on my whole scalp. Please tell me what is the problem is and recommend me some treatment for this.

I'm suffering from lichen planus from past 16 years. I got to know that there is no cure for LP in Allopathy. Even I'm taking allopathy medicine from the beginning but its not working on me.
