Saw a small brown/light brown spot on my palm and in between my finger no idea when it occurred. Not painful, mild itchiness. my hands are also dry. I wash my hands a lot with soap everyday. is it serious? what should I do?

In January i taken 14days course But still showing reactive. In January i was taken course. How much time take to show non reactive
