I was using ekran silicon sunscreen but it's very costly so I want alternative with same effect   so can anyone suggest me good sunscreen under my budget

I was prescribed itracanazole for rashes . I bought the medicine of a different company than prescribed. The medicine didn't show any results. Is it because of the company of the medicine?

My son is suffering from acute paranochyia since 1.5 months. We consulted a child specialist who recommended 7 days of augmentin duo, 2 days of ibugesic and 5/6 days application of sofinox cream. After this his condition got better, but last Sunday after he wore tight shoes, his condition again relapsed and he is again having the same swollen big toe with occasional puss coming out. I am using sunscreen daily.... I have a doubt ... I am staying  indoor day long but i use to sit near the window.. so I applied sunscreen.. after 3 hours again need to reapply sunscreen right ? ... When I reapply sunscreen do I need to towel off sunscreen then reapply .... If I towel off sunscreen then moisturizer also wipe off from face  ...  Is it okay ? If I don't towel off then sunscreen layers are heavy on my face ... So can I towel off sunscreen then reapply every 3 hours

Do I need annual full body skin screening for early dignosis like it happens in western countries? Or is it not required for Indian skin conditions?
