Hey. I've PCOS. And I'm facing the problem of acanthosis nigricans in my neck folds and underarms and knees. What cream /medicines should I be taking?

I have always had dandruff issues. Nothing I do usually keeps it away. Recently it has become more itchy. I started to wash my hair with anti dandruff shampoo every alternative day. It is still recurring back. Nowadays I find patchy flakes all over my scalp and it bleeds when scratched. Kindly suggest

Currently I am suffering from hairfall in eyebrow. As 4 months back i discovered an alopecia areata patch which was recovered almost 80%, i thought it to be alopecia areata.
