Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Beside the treatment, what are the other things available at home can be applied on the infected area.

My index finger nail got thick and in brownish colour from the past few years, a thick layer of skin is covered on the half of the nail and it grows, I need to cut it regularly. Earlier I have ignored this but now it is bothering me. Please help me to understand what this is and how to get this cured.

Got Rashes all over the body and in Emergency was given 3 injections as the rashes were high. It did give relief immediately and discharged. Was asked to take tablet Allegra 120 mg for next 3 days. But after taking Allegra, it takes one and half an hour to reduce the patches again and withstands for next 5 hours and rashes with itchiness clmes again... its third day and Allegra is not completely supporting. I have taken every 7 hours Allegra as the rashes were repeating again and again and had no choice. ANY HELP as it is sunday today

My mother is suffering from psoriasis,Earlier it was only in legs and scalp  but seeing from last 2,3 days small bumps on elbow also started, Tring to understand what caused this sudden increase, Can current hot and humid temp worsen this? Currently she is using steroid cream and moisturizer for legs and lotion and shampoo for scalp as prescribed, since I am unable to reach my doctor for now, Please guide what could have caused this and advice some precautions 🙏

I have an acne near my eyebrow which has been there for more than a month and it is not painful now, though it was bothering me in the beginning. In the first week, it was a pus filled acne and was really painful. Then it popped up on its own. I also  applied soframycin because it was bleeding, but after that I have not applied anything specifically for that acne, i just follow my facewash, moisturizer routine. Now i am concerned about why it's still there and what should i do to get rid of it?

Hello doctor, I am taking dermapen micro needling treatment for my acne scar pits on face. I have taken 3 session(15 days 1 session) but still I don't see any improvement. How many sessions I need to take for improvement? And in how many days i can see improve results? Please suggest
