My acne is not going away since 7 days. Very large pus filled multiple headed pimples which are very stubborn. Should I go for chemical peel? Will it help?

Hello sir/mam I am suffered hairfall for past 3 years and before 7 months I gone to dermatologist and he will give me 3 prp therapy with 1 month gape and advice to apply minoxidil 2 times in a day and also said that use minoxidil for lifetime after 6 month my hairfall was stopped but till my hairfall again started also I applied minoxidil daily so why my hairfall start and what will I do now??

3days ago I got hurt in my big toe in a auto after the auto put the break. It was paining too much that day. But still I managed the day by applying move spray and ice cubes. Now today I noticed my toe is turning dark inside the nail. I don't know what should I do. Will my toe get normal?
