Since few years I have developed these spots on face , eyebrows .. want to know what are these , they are very slightly raised from the skin

I have acne scars, pigmentation, uneven skin tone I use Tazarotene 5% gel. There is some improvement. Is there any other cream i can use

Does it look like a melanoma clinically? Noticed for around five years.  Valuable opinions please...

I am taking treatment for pcos ( daine 35, tayo 60 and neurobin forte and thyronorm 75mcg tablets) but recently I observed one small light white spot below my nose and 2-3 very small white patches in my armpits .local dermatologist said that it can be the start of vitiligo so he given ( Tackon forte onitment and Melgain lotion) to apply on spots . Initially the thyroid got detected but now it's completely normal so what fruits can I eat. Advice fruits which I can eat which gets benefitted both for pcos and vitiligo Our gynecologist advised me not to take  steroids tablet ( zempred 16) which is given by our dermatologist for vitiligo as that steroids can affect the ongoing pcos treatment.

My wife is having thyroid and pcos and she is taking treatment for the same ( neurobin forte , diane 35, tayo60 and thyronorm 75mcg) but recently she observed small white patches near nose and 2-3 very small patches in under armpits ..local dermatologist said that it's start of vitiligo by checking the spot using ultraviolet rays . Does thyroid cause vitiligo ? Is it curable? The doctor gave Melgain lotion , Tackon forte onitment and zempred 16 ) tablet. But due to her ongoing treatment on thyroid and pcos Gynecologist suggested not to take the zempred 16 tablet as it can affect the periods and treatment. Now her thyroid is in normal (1.18 range ) so will that vitiligo get resolved by these onitment and Melgain lotion or it will worsen the situation if she doesn't take the steroids like zempred 16 Her LH-FSH-Prolactin and Testosterone levels are Little increased. But thyroid is normal.. Will this thing remain life long or is it completely curable?

What are your thoughts on ur demelan cream being used for skin lightening. Is it worth it? Will I see the results?
