I suddenly saw a red patch on my cheek with little white heads this morning. What could be it's reason?

Sometimes I get itching my nails get dry and skin around nails peel very little by getting hard it's not severe so what normal ointment for such condition we can use?

I have a itching problem at ass hole and near by please advice no other medical issues I keep itching and it's burning sensation

I have severely got acne for the first time & suffering from it for the past 1 month. I even visited the doctor & applied the medication for the past 3 weeks but instead of clearing the acne it got increased from my under chin as well as the cheek area to the upside of my cheeks. My skin has become too oily nowadays. I don't know what to do and am not able to feel confident, I am trying everything from my end but still my face is not clearing up. Please recommend something so that my skin clears up. My doctor said that I may have gotten fungal acne. But still not getting results even after 3 weeks. I have suffering from fungal infection on body from 2-3 years. It is like rings & gets spread daily and itching is more.
