My Grandmother was diagnosed with Bed Sore 3 years ago During his 3rd paralysis attack. She is on complete bed rest Her Right side of the body is not in function  due to paralysis.(She didn't  have diabetes or major Blood pressure Problem) The Bedsore at the 4th stage starts Bleed , and it is not Cureing . Every winter it starts Cureing but not fully and during summer time it starts Bleed and during dressing some minute prices of skin is also detached . (During Dressing I used Betadine solution to clean the wound , Betadine ointment and cover the wound with Gauge bandage). Today a very large amount of Blood is released from Bedsore . Kindly Suggest me how I cure it permanently.

I have fungal infection in my groin area, I have itching and rashes for past one week, I used itch guard cream for past a week but it couldn't cure. Please suggest me a good solution for the infection

For last few days, especially from the monsoon season, i have been facing itching in my groin near my genital, pubic area, inner thigh folds all the way between my butt cheeks. I have observed some rashes with discolouration near my genitals. There a few cuts near my genital folds with burning sensation while i take a bath. The skin has become sore, dry and flaky. I am using Candid powder for a week and no other medication. No known medical history. Desk job based. Kindly help.

Hello sir/ma'am I have hairfall problem since 1 year and because of this I'm so much stressed . Even im taking consultation from my doctor but it's not working. All treatment like finasteride , multivitamin, biotin and zinc supplements, Ketoconazole and Zinc pyrithione shampoo, biowright oil for scalp but all of these are not working. And also I'm diagnosed with sebopsoriasis, I have many flaky areas in scalp . Now I'm using topical finasteride and minoxidil solution after consulting my doctor . I'm really so stressed because of this hairfall and my relationship issues and also of my studies, I'm final year mbbs student. My hairs density is reduced so much , I'm on stage 2 alopecia. Now the condition is only one thing is in my mind, that's my Hairs .

Today I saw something unusual on my back I don't know if I have any serious disease can you please see the attached screenshot on my back and let me know about the treatment.

I noticed something strange under the skin, of my kid's left arm. A tiny red vein which runs to  a circle and kind of a red dot within it. I haven't seen anything like this before. Unable to attach pic. Is this something to be concerned about?
