Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have these schist type pimples on both the arams and hands now. The pimples usually comes and disappear slowly. It has spread in two arms as in pictures. Consulted two dermos including one on practo. Taken tests like cbs, crt but normal. Please give the look to pictures and suggest.

I was 5 years old when I got burns on my face and I was around 15 years of age when I got surgery on my face at govt hospital. They said i will leave a pencil-like mark but  the surgery scar is more noticeable than the scar itself. I want to know what can be done now I am 25 years old now . Will laser help reduce the scar significantly. I want to go for laser as surgery is very risky Please tell me how much fruitful laser will be on my scars I live in Delhi Thank you

Hello Experts, I hope you are doing well! I had peeled my skin last year by using epiduo prescribed by doctor and skin my got hyperpigmented as well due to sun exposure. However my skin is restored now but the hyperpigmentation marks/scars and still there. Currently I don't have any active acne on my face. Looking forward to your advice which is better to use in order to remove all leftover marks and scars Adaferin gel 0.1% or Cosglo new cream?

Hi, I am facing frequent skin infections (fingers, back of the hand, legs, sole, nose inside and outside, cheeks, scrotum, around anus) but rarely it tends to rashes. I am having dry skin. Also, frequent throat infections. Weight loss as well. Having a medical history of gastritis, acidity, fatty liver type 1, dust allergy, wheezing.
