Hi doctor, I just delivered a girl baby which is 10 days old through emergency C-Section. i am caught with throat with cough & Throat is itching. Am taking ROSES iron tablets in the night. Did salt water gargling but no input s on 5 wife . Pls suggest advice.

I had a C-SECTION n delivered Girl baby just one week back.I have HB a lower side & feel weak most of the times. Currently I'm on Iron & calcium daily once.
