I am 26 years old unmarried diagoned with poly cyatic ovaries few months back and since then I am taking auyurvedic medicines for it which are useful to me....
Earlier I got my periods every month but my dates were not regular then I got myself checked and gyno told me for ultrasound,,, after ultrasound I diagoned with PCOD
Then I started taking ayuervedic medicines and one tonic named Ovarin..... Now since last three or four months my periods and date both are regular and I was happy.....
But now in this month,,,, my next periods due date is 6 th september but since last 4 days I am having servere and severe PMS and having dark brown blood / mucus kind discharge in regular intervals.

Hello... coming to pcos..yes definitely you need to loose weight as it will automatically settle your hormonal imbalance...you need to bring about diet modifications... exercise regularly...you may also require metformin if there is less glycemic control and also ocps to regularise your periods...i would suggest you to meet a gynaecologist and start on allopathic medicine ..thank you
