I don't know what happened I'm getting pain in my right side of testicals.. What might be the problem is this effective for me is there a simple cure for this?

Hi Experts, I did my C section on Tuesday and this is my first baby, having a baby boy with 3.9 kg weight at 9:50 am. My milk supply is very less. Just drops are coming and my baby is not satisfied. Please suggest me what to do and if any drug which have not any side effects for this problem.

Earning morning i saw some red scaring on my tongue very tiny one like papillae injury.. There wasnt any active blood.. I do have minor cuts in my mouth due to sharp teeth.. But no active blood comming out of it... On the same day i smooched a guy.. He was having a injury or tear near his lips.. Due to his own biting trauma... We smooched right aftrr some 10 15 mins aftr his injury.. While smooching there wasnt any active blood comming out.. Like the cut was on the way of healing due to wht platellets action.... I m worried because i m unaware of his hiv status.. If he has it.. Wil i get it in ths way.. While smooching.. Wen we had cuts on and inside our mouth.. Is ths how hiv is passed theough blood??
