Recently Answered Questions on wet cough syrup

My son 5yrs old had allergetic bronchitis and completed one year course of inhaler.The course had ended by May 2021. Now, my son is suffering from cold due to seasonal change from 3days. I have given montec LC kid at 6pm from last three days. Yesterday I went to hospital and pediatrician prescribed the same with nasal spray duonase. From yesterday evening onwards he started coughing.It is dry cough.i am giving flutrol 125 1 puff morning and night. I wanted to know if any medicine should be given for cough, else will it be controlled by montec LC kid tablet. Pls advise home remedies for cough.

Having cough from first week of April, I went for RTPCR on 11 April but it came to negative and I came.to know that I am 4 weeks  pregnant. As consulted with gyno she told me that it could be your pregnancy symptom not to worry about it. Later my mother comes covid positive with both lumgs involvement and my husband was also positive. My RT PCR still came.negative on 24th April but due to pregnancy Scan and Xrays cannot be performed. At that time doctor also started covid medications for me but only zinc and vitamin c due to pregnancy he avoided antibiotics as my saturation was normal. Now its been 2 months but I am not getting any relief in cough and because of this i also feel abdominal pain. Please suggest

Initial symptoms were - taste and smell gone Difficulty in heavy breathing Weakness So we assumed it was covid (as my father was also fighting with covid that time) So we have consulted doctor he prescribed few medications (attached) starting 25 april Now the current situation Nothing is there except a minimal cough (Dry) Which is very minimal but still there.. A-z / limec / calcimax These are the medicine which are still going on as doc said to take it for atleast 3 weeks Kindly advice what to do for cough it is still there not completely gone.. I would appreciate if sm1 can advice here itslef.. without saying book appointment with us .

My 4 yr old son tested COVID negative after 17 days today and we are relieved. However, his coughing hasn't settled yet. It is mild and doesn't seem to be a major concern but I don't want to neglect smallest of issue concerning his health while he fought Corona successfully last 2 weeks. Plz advise if there is anything I need to do more ahead since he seems well to me but has mild coughing specially in the midnight and after he wakes up from naps. Also, complains of little pain in the throat. He was prescribed Allegra 3 days and then Zincovit for 2 weeks. Plz guide Doctor.

Hi .i got viral fever last week ..fever remains two - three days n than gone aftr medication n home remedies..now i hv feeling like stiff cold n discomfort in nasal breathing..m taking steam regularly ..inspite i have dry mouth n feeling like dry throat whole day n night with lil cough  ...should i get myself tested for covid or get treatment for cough n stiff cold..

Three days back my wife had as severe fatigue, cough, cold and body pains. We consulted a general physician. He noticed swelling near thyroid and suggested thyroid profile, blood picture along with rapid antigen test. Thyroid tests show high TSH Values 106.6 for the normal range of 0.4-4. She has swelling near thyroid and cough is frequent. Is this chronic? does it happen due to work conditions? Is it curable with medication ? Will jt set life back to normal or we need to change our lifestyle? Thanks in advance

My 14 months old son is suffering from cold and dry cough since last night. He had cold 15 days ago but it was cured now again the same has happened. He very frequently has this problem. This time the cough is more at the time of night. One more thing , he doesn't sleep a sound sleep. While sleeping he starts roaming in the bed here and there by crawling nad sometimes gets up even after 1 hr ans doesn't sleep property. He keeps changing his sleeping position mostly lie on the stomach. Pla advise.

Hi sir/madam, My 3 month infant having cough and sneeze past 2 weeks... I went hospital and doctor prescribed Syp.Novomox 0.5ml/tds,syp.welminic ls(levosalbutamol,ambroxol hydrochloride, Guaiphenesin)0.5ml/tds for 5days... I'm administered 5days... But till now my infant having cough, sneezing,noisy breath, mild sound or vibration heard while touching her chest... What is the next step... I'm worried about her ... Due to lockdown here no doctors available... She is active, take breastfeed adequately... Please tell me what can I do now and when requires immediate treatment... Kindly do the needful... My son has dry cough issue every month since 5 yrs . Was on asthalin and beudocort inhaler but still was no use evry cold gave him bad dry cough , har to give nebuluzation. Now been to ent he said geade 2 adenoids.. last year had given avamys nose spray for one month no improvement . Now again inhaler changed to duolin and seroflo..  qnd given allegra nasal spray will this help him ? I dunno how to help.him he has constantbrunning nose since 2 month some time thick white amd some times yellow . Whats permanent solution ?

Hello doctors, our son is 3.5 yrs old and is attending nursery happily. Almost every month he gets fever cough and cold regularly . We have been visiting his paediatric for regular medication which ranges from Crocin to asthalin nebulisers . Is it normal for toddlers to catch cough and cold / fever regularly ? What tests should we do in order to root cause the issues ? How to know if it's the weather or some allergy or the food he's eating? He's otherwise a healthy and happy child. Could someone help us know how to go about this issue ? Thank you in advance.
