Hello Doctor, How do I stop getting unneeded and unwanted ejaculation at night while sleeping? It wakes me up in midnight and I have to rush to washroom urgently. I do have nightfall problem for some years. It's very regular. It happenmore after consumption meat and sleeping late. It happens on consecutive nights. I hate summer season. I have indigestion and burning pains at stomach. I suffer from lack of energy and sweat more at face. I am nervous at public situations. Pls help

My daughter had a bad bout of coughing around 26th December and then she was given moxikind cv. In 2 weeks she felt a little better and started going school but around 16th Jan she has bad cough again and by then my wife and my younger daughter including me started having sore throat first and then coughing. I visited doc again and she and her sister have been prescribed antibiotics merosure, zinox. For last 3 days starting from 19th Jan both of them have started fever. Younger one ia having fever every 6 hours whereas the older one is having every 12 hour or more. Me and my wife dont have fever yet but feel sick and have elevated temperatures Chest x ray was done for both my daughter and the report said "infective changes seen in both lower lungs" CBC is normal for my elder daughter and crp is 0.9 mg/dl I am a little concerned at the moment and I want to rule out it is not TB. From what I said about x ray report and history can we rule out tb? What you think is possible reason

I'm 37y old woman. since last dec I have had intermittent cough, and over the last few weeks have developed episodes of air hunger/unsatisfied deep breath, chest heaviness/tightness (especially over the sternum), and occasional breathlessness while talking or after exertion. I also have a persistent upper back ache between the shoulder blades that often precedes the air-hunger sensation. Symptoms are triggered by dust, incense smoke, cold/chilly air and temperature changes. Warm humid air feels more comfortable. I occasionally notice wheeze on forced exhalation. Cough is mostly dry with very little sputum; once or twice I coughed up a tiny amount of thick light-yellow mucus. I also have hoarseness, reduced singing ability and reflux/acidity symptoms sometimes. CBC and IgE are normal; Vitamin D is low. ENT suspected allergic bronchitis/CVA and started Foracort Rotahaler, with partial improvement in cough and some episodes of chest tightness... what could it be?

Had throat pain for 2 days and then no voice since yesterday, only whisper sound. Green color cough from mouth and green color mucus from nose coming out. Sometimes, white color mucus from the nose is also coming out. Having medicine since yesterday based on 2 years back prescription.

My 3 month old son has had a cough for one month, especially at night, it is severe and he feels difficulty in breathing. I have consulted a pediatrician and he suggested that it is happening from reflux and suggested some medicine but he is not recovering.
