I am 4 months pregnant and since 2 months I had nose block and cold and my doctor had given me alerid SOS and now since 3 days I am having cough with mucus (white) . I take steam inhalation twice a day and warm saline gargle at bedtime. I am not able to sleep due to congestion in nose as well as cough.please suggest me some medications or remedies.

My son 2 month 13 days old have been showing all these symptoms for the past week. All the symptoms are mild like he dry coughs and sneeze twice or thrice a day. I don't have fever but a ticking sensation in throat and after that coughing up too much. I have been working out also normally and I don't have issues in it. But sometimes there is heavy breathing and chest pain. I also have been having acidity issues. I travelled from nagpur around 15 days before . I am scared of corona virus infection. Coughing is not getting treated by any medicines provided by doctors. ESR always high around 40-45 for more than 4-5 years inspite of taking medicine. Doctors have not found any problems in blood report other than ESR. Thyroid RBC ,WBC normal. Already taken lot of antibiotics over years prescribed by doctors. Please suggest treatment.
