My son(15 months) is having cough cold since last 3 days. Since today morning he is having fever also that Chinese start every 5 hours. We are giving crocin 120 mg to him. Dose 5 ml. Is it normal?

Consulted with a general physician and they asked for X-ray, after provided doctor said nothing to worry about. Even we took a master health checkup along with ECG and echo and there is no problem in that as well. What should be the next step?
