Infant having cough,sneezing

Hi sir/madam, My 3 month infant having cough and sneeze past 2 weeks... I went hospital and doctor prescribed Syp.Novomox 0.5ml/tds,syp.welminic ls(levosalbutamol,ambroxol hydrochloride, Guaiphenesin)0.5ml/tds for 5days... I'm administered 5days... But till now my infant having cough, sneezing,noisy breath, mild sound or vibration heard while touching her chest... What is the next step... I'm worried about her ... Due to lockdown here no doctors available... She is active, take breastfeed adequately... Please tell me what can I do now and when requires immediate treatment... Kindly do the needful... Thank u...

If the symptoms are not increasing and infant is not having fever , feeding and sleeping well , it may gradually subside. Continue Welminic ls syp for 5 more days , twice daily. Saline nasal drops ( Nasivion S ) 2 drops , every three hours for 5-6 days.
