When I running Or jogging 2 km/ 3 km then my shin bone pain becomes more painful in both the legs. So I cannot continue my running. I use hot water & Volini spary to reduce pain but nothing works good. Without pain killer medicine give some suggestion/tips so that I can continue my practice with less pain. Maximum 1 month in my hand for Physical efficiency test for Police sub inspector exam. So plz give some tips. 🙏

After a high/strong kick to ward off an attack from a few street dogs during his evening walk, my father started having a shooting pain in his left lower back/waist. It is very severe currently and there is no relief even after applying Volini ointment as well. He was recently diagnosed with cervical spondylosis at C4-C5, C5-C6, C7-C8. I have Left side TMJ arthralgia since 5 weeks. I am on painkillers, hot fomentation and volini gel. Symptoms have improved but not completely. OPG shows impacted wisdom tooth on both sides. Can wisdom tooth be the reason for it? I consulted orthodontist also who said teeth alignment is fine. No direct or indirect trauma to the joint. I am worried. Hi Doctor, Problem: I had muscle tear in Outer Ankle due to twisting of feet 20days back. But still having visual elevation and minor pain. Image attached. Treatment executed: X-ray shows no fracture. Applied cold pack for a few days and using crimp bandage with volini since then. Also doing alternate hold and cold water therapy.

I am facing acute pain and stiffness in my spine and both knee from past 2 years. X ray represents occurrence of osteopenia. Hi 29 male... Few days back i have tingling sensation in my right hand... Stretch in right shoulder and neck... But some stretching and taking fenec plus and volini gel... There is no problem in shoulder and neck... And there is no problem in movement after... But from yesterday i feel my right ear is full and heavy and heavy right jaw... No numbness or no tingling... Hello Doctor, I am feeling continue chest pain in middle of the chest from last 2 days . Feeling more pain during breathing and movement and while burping. I have taken pan40 , somprass D , sucralfate suspension in this 2 days and also applied volini ( thought I got cramp during exercise) but not get much relief. I still have continue mild pain .. in this lockdown time I am afraid to visit hospital. Please suggest .

Yesterday my father fell down from the stair. Not such injury in hand or leg. But he felt a dull pain ofter in lower rib cage. Though it is lock down all over i immediatly gave volini spay and a hot bag compressor on that particular place. From outside it showing nothing . Please guide me what to do. And one more thing is that due to age and a dibetic pataint I am not given him any painkiller. I only gave him 2 calpol 650 one after launch and other afyer dinner.

From yesterday afternoon i am feeling pain in left leg below knee( at just one point on left side at the back of leg). At night the pain increased, i tried each every position to make it comfortable but no use. I rubbed volini. After 2 hours the pain disappear. Now at 12:49p.m, i am again feeling little pain. What should i do? I am worrying because it's on the left side. P.S- Yesterday i did squats. I usually do 50 reps but yesterday i did 85 reps in one set.
