Chest pain
Hello Doctor, I am feeling continue chest pain in middle of the chest from last 2 days . Feeling more pain during breathing and movement and while burping. I have taken pan40 , somprass D , sucralfate suspension in this 2 days and also applied volini ( thought I got cramp during exercise) but not get much relief. I still have continue mild pain .. in this lockdown time I am afraid to visit hospital. Please suggest .

Hi der I understand your concern. From what you have described it appears to be pleuritic chest pain. It tends to occur in patients suffering with pleurisy, pleural effusion (water in lungs in layman terms) or pneumonia. Kindly consider getting an chest xray and CBP done for further evaluation. Avoid tea, coffee, oily food intake. Take meals on time and don't skip your meals. Avoid smoking alcohol and tobacco chewing.

hello ! seems like you ar having gastritis issues,continue these medicines for 7 days. need to modify your lifestyle and diet.drink plenty of water and avoid spicy and oily food. do regular walk and exercises. if not getting better after these measures visit nearest hospital for proper evaluation!
