I am 8 weeks pregnant. I generally daily have low back pain. Sometimes it is muscle , so hot water bag releives the pain. But some times at lower back particularly at that part of spinal cord I have pain. Then I use volini spray . But no use. Since two days continuously I have pain in my spinal cord. Please guide what should I do. I have takin crocin advanced but not releived of the pain fully.

I've been playing casual badminton for a few weeks now, (once a week). I'm experiencing pain in the elbow since last week, it was quite bad but after applying a volini spray it subsided but its still there. I think I played a shot and missed and sprained something. I have not played after that but I would like to start again so I've picked up an elbow support from a medical shop for tennis elbow (Nivia) and am planning to use that. Please advise if there is anything else I should do so I can play as this is a good form of exercise I enjoy

2 yrs back I stepped wrong and my right ankle swelled.I rested for few days n I was good to go Yesterday again I met with the same accident n my ankle swelled up as I expected, I applied volini n wrapped my leg in a crap bandage n had a flexonMR pill n slept. The swelling has reduced,what else can I do to heal quicker?

Constatnt stiffness & breathing uneasyness chest xray was clear, I already have hyper acidity , crecking sound 24/7 towrads right side of chest.. I feel relief only if i have applied volini or nizer ointment but then after eating something it again starts.. IGE serun level tested las year was aroun 2400.

Hi Doctor, I got severe neck and backpain since 3 days due to improper sleeping position. I'm unable to lift my head up. Currently I'm on vitamin d , thyroid , prenatal and iron tablets . I have a 9 month old baby and I'm breastfeeding . Please let me if I can put volini spray for time being ,  kindly suggest me pain killer tablets safe during breastfeeding. If pain still persists can I take pain killer injection?

I bent down last Tuesday to pick something up and my right side from waist until my thigh seems to have got stretched badly. It is uneasy and painful while I sit, i can't cross my legs, when I get up from a lie down position, it hurts. I have tried applying volini, d-nano creams and have used a heating pad regularly but just a little relief, not much helpful.

Today I fell from a stool. Post that I felt pain in my hand but bearable and without swelling. To reduce the same I soaked my hand in warm water with salt for 2 times. In night I applied volini spray at the affected area and covered my hand with warm cloth. But post 1 hour I have started feeling sudden shaking in the body (coming and going) with some sudden chill feeling. Is it due to some side effect of spray or is there something different to it. Please suggest

I am experiencing severe pain in left shoulder and arm, i used Volini but it didn't help. I couldn't sleep I woke up and felt a bit gasy and nauseus, I took eno. I am a bit scared if this is a heart related issue. I had covid in October and today I went swimming after 2-3 yrs for 1hour. I checked the oxymeter my RPbpm is around 90. Please let me know, I'm feeling very scared
