Ankle swelling
2 yrs back I stepped wrong and my right ankle swelled.I rested for few days n I was good to go Yesterday again I met with the same accident n my ankle swelled up as I expected, I applied volini n wrapped my leg in a crap bandage n had a flexonMR pill n slept. The swelling has reduced,what else can I do to heal quicker?

Hello there.
You need to get a x ray done to check for any abnormalities.
Consult a orthopedician with the xray and get appropriate treatment.
