Hi Im 33 year old, I jog and do exercise on daily basis , also play badminton on Saturdays and cricket on Sundays. Nowadays at times I am experiencing right elbow joint pain when I smash . Also sometimes it pains while bowling. No pain during normal activities no swelling also.. do I need to undergo test? Tried volini and wearing  elbow support but hasn't worked.

Hi, I am having TMJ arthralgia since a month and also impacted wisdom tooth on same side. I am having relief with painkillers and hot fomentation and volini as advised. It's much better than before. I wish to know can TMJ arthralgia be caused by impacted wisdom tooth? I don't have radiating pain or anything. My OPG is normal. TMJ is normal on x ray. Please advise.

Hi, From morning while walking I'm feeling sharp pricking pain on left foot toe. I applied volini spray but not helped. Checked if there's any foreign object, found nothing. No known cause, no known history of diabetes too. I'm also feeling a bit of numb, tingling sensation below the left foot. Please suggest if this is of any concern or I can wait to see if it gets better.

I have bad habit to cracking my finger , today afternoon I just cracked all my finger , but suddenly when I tried to cracking middle finger I feel pain and still after using volini I feel pain same , I feel this pain totall on middle portion and proximal portion and gaph between proximal portion and middle portion and distal portion also but not so much...... I have developed severe back pain since this morning. I tried applying volini spray, using hot water heating pad, but the relief is momentary and the pain comes back as soon as I sit down on a chair. Hello, 2 weeks back, due to over jogging my left knee got sprained. I consulted a doctor and took Zerodol sp for 15 days while applying volini gel and heat on the affected area. It has certainly reduced my severe pain and swelling. However, i m still not fully cured even after the medicine course is over. I still feel pain during walking and are not able to resume my daily activities. Please suggest.

Hi i m 29 male... Few days back i have strain in my right side of neck and shoulder and feeling of something stretching in my shoulder and tingling sensation in hand and heavyness... No problem in movement... After stretching of neck and shoulder i m recover but from yesterday i feel stretch in my face whenever i sleep... Hello doctor, When my husband got up from his sleep he had neck pain on the right side .. He used hot water bag and volini spray on the painful area to get relief... But the pricking pain hasn't gone but is radiating into his right shoulder and into the upper arm whenever he sits down... And also he is feeling slight loss of strength in the right upper arm...He has no pain in the mentioned areas while lying down..

I had consulted an orthopaedic regarding the sprain in the ankle. After taking the X rays, it was found out that the problem was in the nerve and not the bone. So he had given me an injection and tablets for a week. And then suggested me to meet him for an another injection next week. Is this process reliable ? Are the injections and tablets needed for pain in the nerve near the ankle ? Or will it heal itself after a month or so if I just apply ice and volini ?Please suggest!

My mom came back from out of station last week and she got a lower back pain due to carrying her luggage. Or as we call in hindi "Khich parh jana". It's been a week now but the pain is still there. At first it was fading away but now it's back to square one. She has tried moov spray and volini gel too but they don't seem to have a great effect.
