I have stinging shoulder pain for last 2-3 days. There is no visible swelling and I don't remember any injury. Sometimes when I do regular work, the stinging pain goes till the neck. The pain subsides temporarily when I apply volini gel or put a heating pad. But then after some time, pain emerges again. Please prescribe.

20 days back I was travelling with a 30 lts backpack on me and suddenly when I cross the railway platform my back was aching all of sudden. I travel back to my home town and applied volini spray. It happened almost 3 days back and it is still going on. I have this pain at my lower back near the tail bone. It doesn't allow me stand or even walk sometimes. I used volini and had painkillers and it makes the pain a little mild. I don't use gym or lift weights and i dont even know what happened that this pain is there. So can you please suggest me something for this.!

I stood for long hours.My feet aches badly and pain has increased from calf muscle till thigh. Standing after sitting has become painful. I have tried hot and cold compression, volini spray, crepe bandage. It's been 1week with the pain. Pls guide!

Since the past 3 weeks there is a hard lump (swelling) that has formed on my right buttock. It is quite painful especially when pressure is applied to it. I have tried volini and heat treatment but that does not seem to help. I workout regularly but haven't exercised my lower body for the past 2 weeks as I do not want to strain it more.
