Having heel pain and pain in small joints like fingers, taking Telmisartan 40+Cilnidipine 10 for hypertension, current BP is 140/100, serum uric acid level is 7.6 Do i need to reviview BP medication.

Sir !  I am a hypertension patient since 2 years. I was taking Enalapril HT. After taking that medication My BP was gone down to 110/80. But I have found that I have fallen into Erection problems. But now I am switched to Amlopres 2.5 And Telma 40. I want to know do this two medicines Amlodpine and Telmisartan causes ED problems. Please Advise ?

I am undergoing biweekly dialysis after a covid infection. Earlier my sugar levels were uncontrolled, since the last one and a half years, my sugar is controlled as well. I was briefly on telmisartan, but owing to my current bp that is controlled, I am on no medication for the same. Is a consistent BP reading of 130/95  to 130/105  normal for a 49 year old male who is already  on treatment for hypertension with Telmisartan 40 twice  and Cilnidipine 10 once. Is this a normal variation or any change in medication to be sought or can be ignored.

My mother is diabetics patient . My mother having mild dry cough and there is no other symthoms at all . She consume two medicines Glucoryl m2 and telser 20. But telser 20 contains telmisartan(20mg ). So can this medicine produce dry cough ? And is there any alternative for this medicine?

I have hypertension so I take Telmisartan 40 mg at bed time. Since a few days I have been having this headache at the back of my head till the neck sometimes in the midday sometimes at evening . My pressure remains 130/90 at that time . I have lower back spondylosis and knee arthritis. Why am I having this severe headache so frequently ? Please help me out
