During my annual medical check up, physician found that my blood pressure is 140/100 . They prescribed tablet ---Telmisartan and Hydrochlorothiazide Tablets (TLS-H). Whether medicine is OK?

I recently had my blood report, it shows that i have elevated albumin creatinine ratio, I have been taking telmisartan 80mg and bisoprotal 5mg every day, my blood pressure is normal, I'm also loosing the weight

What happens if a person with medical history of High blood pressure takes 7-8 pills of telmisartan 40mg 24 hours ago ? no symptoms till now. Is he/she out of danger?

Have this issue during motion each time and continue for a few minutes after. There is no other issue with it. She is on medication for BP and Blood sugar from the last five to six years, taking telmisartan, pioglytazone, glimeperide, metaformin with rebeprazole. Lately, after being started by a new physician, on telmisartan 40 mg because of the same complaint when being on 20 mg of the same medication, for s few days felt fine, but started having severe headache and palpitations

2 days ago in the evening bp.-190mm Yesterday morning-179 Afternoon in clinic-150 &90 Telmisartan (40mg)and hydrchlorathiazide(12.5mg) given for high bp.After few hours heavy headache.Then in the evening dose of propranolol 40mg +flunarizine 10mg given.Headache reduced after that.Today morning again Telmisartan (40mg)and hydrchlorathiazide(12.5mg) was given.After 3 hours extreme headache and tiredness.Now today  in the evening around 4:30, propranolol 40mg +flunarizine 10mg was given but but headache has not reduced too much.Current bp -128mm/hg,79mm/hg, pulse rate 99.FEELING VERY TIRED .IS IT SIDE EFFECT OF TELMISARTAN?THANKS IN ADVANCE.age 52 yrs.Neurological treatment for spine problems going on.

Good morning, I have been prescribed Finasteride 1 mg in the morning for my androgenic alopecia and recently because of uncontrolled thoughts a psychiatrist has prescribed me Escitolapram 10 mg at night. I also have been prescribed Telmisartan 40 mg in the morning. Can I take these medicines as prescribed or do I need to drop some of them?
