Having blood pressure upto 150-167 for 3 days despite eating medicine telmisartan 40mg. She has been taking dis medicine for almost 5 years, however sometimes with higher doses.

As my bp is high iam using tablets morning and evening now my pulse rate going down below 70 can i now why it is happening using telmisartan and amlodipine tablet

From last two weeks having mild breathlessness while walking with occasional dizziness.
